I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite being a bit hot even in winter and having a faint smell of smoke, were clean and adequately equipped. The service from the staff was exceptional, very friendly, and eager to please. The location was convenient, close to public transport stops and the city center, but the temporary elevator situation could be challenging for guests with lots of luggage. The dining options were limited, but the Indian dishes were decent. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
